Coaching to motivate, adapt and change you to drive business performance

We coach individuals in four areas: feedback and debrief coaching; executive coaching leadership coaching; and specialist coaching.

The ability to change and adapt is critical for business success, but changing how people think and act doesn't come naturally. Change, like leadership, is learned. Coaching accelerates that learning, drawing out the potential of each individual, and assists in embedding the learning within the workplace. Our coaching aim is to remove any roadblocks to change, motivating individual executives to expand their skills and behaviours to operate more effectively and drive business performance.

Feedback and debrief coaching

Feedback and debrief coaching is an introductory coaching option for executives. It is designed to debrief the individual on feedback gathered from peers and managers using a psychometric assessment. Feedback gives insights into the individual's leadership style, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement. The coach and individual work on an action plan to address the individual's development goals.

Feedback and debrief coaching is delivered in three sessions over two to three months.

Executive coaching

Executive coaching is for senior executives who contribute to the organisation's strategic direction and have whole-of-organisation decision-making capacity and influence. It is also valuable for individuals taking on new leadership roles. The focus is on the role of the leader in creating high performance cultures.

The objective of this coaching is behavioral change and building social and emotional intelligence and exploring themes such as self-awareness and responsibility, ego and authenticity. Coaching aims to develop the leader's capacity to use their power and influence positively for better business results. Executives examine their impact on teams and within the organisation's dynamics.

Coaching is typically conducted over a six to 12-month period.

Leadership coaching

Leadership coaching is for new leaders and middle managers working with others for the first time. The focus is on leadership effectiveness, developing presence and potential through self awareness, reflection and action, together with functional managerial skills, such as prioritising and delegating.

Coaching is typically conducted over a six to 12-month period.

Specialist coaching

Designed for senior executives, specialist coaching is dedicated to improving specific identified skills and functions. The focus is on high performance tuning and or filling in experience gaps. Examples could be in strategic analysis, financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, and risk management. Executives work with a specialist coach.

Specialist coaching is typically delivered in three to five sessions, but depends on the individual's needs.

Mentoring

Senior executives - the CEO, chairman or director - bear the pressure of massive expectations and face low tolerance for any mistakes. Mentoring provides an independent but trusted adviser to soundboard thinking and decision-making. Our expert mentors work intimately with executives to navigate their options and desired outcomes.

Session duration depends on the identified needs of the senior executives.
