We then combine our expertise and insight with your own, to co-design the optimal learning experience for your people. This enables us to meet the needs of individual participants and the wider organisation.

Our learning methodologies include experiential, theoretical and reflective approaches. For example, digital simulations, ‘real play', action learning, executive coaching, 360-degree feedback and psychometric tools, peer coaching, journaling, cultural experiences, theatre, drumming, sports metaphors, and process-driven learning. Executive coaching can also be offered as a stand-alone service.

There is also an option to design programs for University of Melbourne accreditation. Eligible participants can then receive a recognised qualification from the University - such as a graduate certificate or professional certificate. Program facilitators are carefully matched with each program in consultation with our clients, based upon their areas of specialisation, cultural alignment, industry affinity and the learning outcomes required. In keeping with our partnership approach, we frequently share delivery with our client organisations.
